What is your favourite thing to do in your spare time?
Writing, reading, doing crosswords, admiring gardens and going for walks.
If you could use one word to describe yourself, what would that word be?
Outgoing. I like to be with people.
What brought you to Hope Community Church?
We moved from Gympie and were searching for somewhere where the name of The Lord was glorified and His saints were welcomed.
How did you become a Christian?
When I was thirteen, I listened to a preacher who said ‘if The Lord Jesus came tonight, would you be left behind?’ I knew I would have been, so I came to Jesus that night.
What does being a Christian mean to you?
Being a person who searches for God’s will and who desires to bring people to the Lord Jesus, as well as someone who enjoys the company (fellowship) of other Christians.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
God is the only superpower!
Are you working on something at the moment?
I am doing colouring in books. I used to always be sewing or knitting, but I now love to read- it is a real blessing and I enjoy it.
What would your ideal holiday destination be?
I would love to visit Victoria again.
If you could only have one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
What is the strangest thing you have eaten?
We tried crocodile when we were in the Northern Territory- it wasn’t too bad…
